"Worked great for me. Was trying to get drivers for this Modem Card for some time and finally found the right driver set! Not able to get ISP bundled software but was able to setup Dialup Networking (with a few tweaks of course).

Another issue that came up was the 'Generic Host' error but managed to find Windows Patch."
