"Occasionally the driver doesn't recognise the device after I have had my camera connected to the PC. Reboot corrects the problem."

"Allowed the scanner to be connected thru XP. Copy utility worked faultlessly but the scan utility had an error. But I now have the XP support which allows scanning."
