"May be a faulty device. Issue starts after driver is accepted and installed. It cuts off and on a few times before not working at all."

"After fruitless searches for the driver, I opted to join the pro membership for this site and am very pleased with my decision. I have used the free site for years but I plan on a yearly membership from now on. Driver saved the day at a customer's!!"
