"My mom got this little keychain photo viewer and asked me to set it up for her. This little no name device is from a company called MARS. MARS MR7910.inf. The system asked for the vfwwdm.drv file because it is a USB-DCAM or USB Digtal Camera component. It's just the backscreen portion so it needs the driver to talk to the OS.
