"after buying the jd350 jenoptik digital camera, drivers were not correct for use with windows xp,i required according to drivers guide.com the driver jd 350-e/v (jd3501.8zip)i downloaded it ,it STILL doesn't work IS THIS THE CORRECT DRIVER if so why is it still not installing,thanks."

"download was o.k.but it crashes computer when you try to retrieve images from camera!i considered this to be unsafe!

just as a matter of interest, when I phoned the company (jenoptik u.k.), they seemed to be totally unintrested in my plight with their product and advised me to 'bin'it! (jenoptik jd350 entrance)p.s. if you need a good rock band anytime check out our web

"1.8 Driver for XP works, but every time you go to download your photo's the system restarts. This is a known problem with the later JD350e +V models. Jenoptik know about the problem."
