"I did not get USB connectivity out of my modem. However, I did not want it badly enough to keep at it long, and I could have overlooked some little catch of network setup.

I can say that it (the software) acted as if it had been successful. But perhaps it just didn't know any better, [i]or[/i] it knew that I didn't (know any better). :)"
