"Not helpful at all. Best thing to do is go to the Samsung website, download a file that they have, you wont be able to read it. Though you will find that it has a file extension (SFDNWIN.EXE). I think this is the file you need."

"Couldn't install. Info file sounded ok, but it didn't work as described. Only got a test box in Korean. Samsung site useless as well!!"

"It works with DOS firmware, you must boot up from DOS and update the firmware. I am using XP PRO."
