"I hit the wrong key when filling out the form and it moved to finished screen without all the data. this is the nt driver for ensoniq's audiopci 9808 card es1370. os is nt4.0 it did work on my system. i had to unzip the file then go to the add audio driver tab in multimedia setup. and pick new or updated driver and point to the directory that the file was unzipped in.
