The MAC address starts with first 6 characters of 003000 which belongs to www.allwelltech.com who appear to make IC devices for ATMEL.

I peeled off the label on the front and can't remember what it said

I copied these drivers off the installation disk and removed the AUTORUN.EXE and SETUP.EXE files and DAT

How to Update PCMCIA FastVNET (504-C) Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
