"Installed this the XP Version of this driver using the update driver option in the device manager of Windows 7 Beta (32 Bit). It worked first time even though it is officially an XP Driver. Did not attempt to run any included Install Files or applications. This shoul work fine on Vista 32 Bit but cannot give any recomendationf or 64 Bit verions."

"Even when reinstalling/repairing Windows XP this driver doesnot need to reinstall. See previous comment about similar driver but under other name (I did forget ;-( ).

"every time I power up I still get annoying pop up from microsfot telling me it found ALS4000 game port and need s to install drivers- this driver does not cover ALS 4000 game port"

"this driver works greate on xp. i have a hp vectra desktop in win98 but wasn't able to use for reasons i dont know, but luckylly found out that it works on my compaq deskpro in winxp. so i decided to swap the sound card and it works. thank to who ever posted it here."
