"It works with Win XP professional although the power as to be on all the time in order for printer to work. Can't scan directly to MSword needs to go in ms image document writer first then copied over. That could just be me or maybe a twain driver needs to be installed"

"Yipee!!! I haven't used my scanner for almost two years because I couldn't find a driver that worked...until now! I followed the directions in the readme file and made the compatability adjustment and it works great...just like it used to when I was running Win98. I'm running XP-Home ED. and I use Adobe Photoshop to access the scanner. Couldn't be happier!!!"

"I downloaded the file and unzipped it to folder. I then tried to execute the setup file but got an error message saying the location and parameter were incorrect. Should I be saving the zip file to some other location? I used Winzip and selected all files and then selected extract, and had then extracted to a separate folder I had created just to hold the files pending
