"Works perfectly in XP. It seems to be the original driver zip provided by the manufacturer, which contains drivers for almost all OS's (Win, *nix, Netware), except for Vista.

Interestingly the driver installs as RTL8139 even though the chip is not Realtek. Maybe the manufacturer is trying to cash in on the Realtek name."

"sc92031 works fine for the fake realtek nics.

I installed it on the option "with disk" and selectin' the driver.

This driver won't auto install cuz it's not signed.

Anyway, its workin for me."

"Not everyone knows this, in case you have a Realtek nic card with chip 8139D and the official realtek driver doesnt work, there is a good chance that its actually a sc92031 chip, check the vendor ID, other words, its a fake. And also this driver does not I REPEAT! DOES NOT support (x64 ) 64bit Windows OS like its stated above."
