"Black cmd window popped up, then disappeared. When I shut down, physically installed the modem, and booted up again, it still didn't recognize the modem. Total rubbish. Incidentally, there are other driver offerings with the exact same file name that are much larger than 300 bytes."

"Been having A hard time with this Conexant 3025C Modem in Windows XP Pro. But this Driver did the trick, works fine, Thank you for the download."
