"It would seem that this is an application or is not the whole driver, as it is missing a dll file MFX1I.dll. (experience would suggest it is an application and not the driver)"

"I downloaded the drivers from the vendor who bought this product line from Connectix. The drivers were installed on a 400Mhz, PII computer, running Win98SE as the OS. The camera would not fuction correctly and would lock up my system."

"Driver works perfectly in XP... Not an EXE, driver files used in device manager's "Update Driver" feature.

Was able to to use it with MSN Messanger without any issues...

This is the real deal... I have been looking for a working XP driver for this USB Connectix QuickCam VC but didn't have much luck until I tried this driver..."
