This is the 8.30 driver for the Lucent Win Modem. According to the web site, Lucent no longer supplies drivers for its modems with the Agere chip set so you have to use this one. This driver cleared up the problems I was having with the 8.28 version. NOTE this driver is not Windows signature compliant, however I found that it runs with out any problem.
