The zip file contains drivers and software to download the photos and use the unit as a web cam.

The camera is detected by Windows XP but fails to install correctly.

Uninstall the camera from the device manager and unplug the camera.

Install the new software.

Reboot.

Plug in the camera again.

The camera should now install properly.

Reboot again before using the software.

Don't get too excited, the picture quality is not brilliant but good enough for quick snaps or investigation stuff and Paintshop Pro 8 can enhance the pictures with the one step photo fix option.
