simply doubleadn it will start the installation process. if that fails use winzip to extract it to a folder and go to device manager and and point it to the drivers folder in the folder u made asnd it will find the device. if that fails, email me and i will try to help.

How to Update Intel(R) AnyPoint(R) 3240 USB Modem Firmware Loader Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
