This driver is developed from British Telecom version 2.6 driverpack, which can be found from Intel´s website.
The driver includes settings for Bridged Ethernet RFC1483 with VPI=0 and VCI=100 values.
If you ISP has different VPI/VCI values, and you need to change them, it is easily made by changing these values in a few .inf files which are included. You can use Winrar/Winzip for opening this driverpack.
The driver has been succesfylly tested with Win98SE , Me, 2000 and XP Home Edition.
