Note Windows XP

If you have problems getting this usb product to work Most noteably - "Installation Failed" on WindowsXP. You tried to go through all the installation procedures (Devicemanager add new hardware...). Try disconnecting ALL other USB devices, next plug in the converter - XP will find will find it flawlessly
