almost a manual install.... works, but you have to manually install one file. after you use your cd to install the program with the win9x drivers, install both these updates. then restart, and it still won't work. you will need to open device manager, easiest i know

-right click on my computer

-select "manage"

-select "device manager" on left

-find "KB JamC@M"

-right click

-"update driver"

-"install from a list or...."

-"don't search, i will...."

-click "have disk"

-browse to "%systemroot%\windows\system32"

-choose "kbcam.inf"

-click "open" then "ok"

-click "next"

-click "continue anyway"

i'm using server 2003, and it works! plus i've tried it on both xp and 2000.
