This is the original zipped copy of the instalation driver diskette for this mouse as it came in the box. The label of the diskette reads: MouseMate Software PowerScroll series, Serial, PS/2, PS/2 & Serial, USB, USB & PS/2 for Windows XP/Me/2000/98/95/NT. It works perfectly well. Good luck !

Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
