"Must follow instructions precisely - then works great. Seems only to work if logged in as Admininistrator else fails to find a file (ColorB.dat?) which is in fact there. Otherwise, definitely recommended for use with e.g. the excellent Irfanview or PSP which have TWAIN options for scanning. Has saved my trusty old scanner from the trash-can - thank you!"

"The same problem. Half of the scanner is usable. So we pay an A4 scanner and use an A5 one."

"Works good with my Medion (ALDI) version of the cp 1200. It's called MD 9850. Medion doesn't offer XP drivers for it. This one works well."

"Works good with my Medion (ALDI) version of the CP 1200.

It's called MD9850. Medion dosn't offer driver which are explcitly for win XP."

"I was really greatful to get this one. the cd that came with the scaner only had drivers for parallel cable for ME. Xp drivers were not included because they assumed everyone using xp had a usb scaner. so thanks it saved me having to toss a perfectly excellent scaner or completely reinstalling xp over me after installing the me driver."
