"I run Windows Xp Pro, Pentium 4 Celeron 2.8ghz, with Asrock p4i45GV motherboard. The Nvidia drivers from their website did not work in games, but this one does.

However, it did not automatically set the optimum display graphics, when rebooting into Windows XP. You have to manually setup the display from windows desktop, but games now work fine with this driver.
