Here is a zipped file that will help you understand how to deal with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0.
Some of you may have experienced problems if already have installed SP1 for WinXP. There is a solution (from Microsoft!):

To get the 7001 driver, click the green download button above. After you complete your download, move on to Step 2.
