This archive contains all the files you need to make your BT-848 based card work in Windows 7 64bit. I personally decorated the drivers. Firstly you have to sign the driver (with included instructions),then install the driver. Sorry but I don't remember the exact sequence I used. The important thing is that I finally succeeded in using my capture card!
