These are the Windows XP SP2 drivers, but they worked perfectly for Windows 7 (32-bit).After you've downloaded the file; before installing, right click the file,and click,"Properties","Compatibility","Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2"and also choose "Run as administrator". Then proceed to install by double-clicking the file.
