User may have to change motherboard Printer Port settings. Experiment with EPP / ECP settings."

"Had to download driver to harddrive, then to 2 floppies, as driver will prompt you to "insert disk 2 now" halfway through the install.Make sure you save only the files, with no folder on disk 2, or it will hang and go no farther.Seems to work OK."

"The driver was installed on WINXP. there are two files: disk 1 and disk 2. after that make sure you Save the f610 whole file on c: , then open it on c: , open "disk 1" double click on setup. it will install. then the program will request source of disk 2. erase disk 1 on the prompt, then write disk 2. the system will request then to restart windows. click on rest
