Chipset Driver File, Double-click the new icon on the desktop labeled R134873.EXE. The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R134873. Write down this path so the executable (I.e.Setup.exe) file can be found later. The Self-Extractor window appears. Click OK. After completing the file extraction, if the Self-Extractor window is still open, close it. Click the Start button and then click Run. Type C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R134873 in the Open textbox and then click OK. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager
In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button
How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
