i took these zip files directly off from the instal cd that came with the modem. Has a p/n on the frontside of modem: p/n:100-00006-1R1. Sticker on back: FM0-EL-000PCTEL 582-1321-y01004-00. Chip on modem (very small) HSP688T 0340DGEA78. AKA: HSP56 PRO V92 MicroModem or HSP56 MicroModem depending on your O.S.
