"Download zip file, format floppy, open zip file, select all, copy to floppy. Easy part done. :-) Cycled several times through (reboot, detect hw, insert floppy, complain cannot find files, wants win95 CD, etc). Eventually somehow found what it needed. Been working fine since then (several days, lots of long downloads, streaming audio, etc). Thanks!"

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
