1. Unplug the webcam

2. Install the software

3. Plug the camera

It works at least until your Windows XP USB drivers change again.

Make sure you save a restore image right after the successful instalation.

"During installation I got twice the message "not compatible with Windows XP' and indeed, it did not work at all"

"Microsoft said it was incompatible, however when you install it (and the installer actually works) there are no problems whatso-ever... I am using the Camera on MSN messenger as we speak, no blue screens of death or anything!"
