This driver was sent to me by NEC. Although they have not published a driver and say the one in XP is adequate, it does not work well with Word. This driver fixes formatting issues on the Internet and in Word.

In Windows 7, click Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager
In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager
In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button
