"I tested it on XP platforms instead of vista or win7 using ChrisTV PVR 5.xx versions with installed driver- Pinnacle PCTV PAL Capture Device.But that was not stable sometimes the screen went blank.The TV Card is a old Pinnacle PCTV Stereo XE (chips: saa7134hl, 24c02, xtal 32.110 pcb: MINITV+DVB-T-51014597-1.1

"My PCTV stereo stopped working after the Windows XP SP2 upgrade. I almost gave up and throwing away the card. This driver is really a life-saver. Thanks to the "Driver Guide" (and Google)."

"i did not have drivers for pinnacle pctv stereo. nor did i have the software cdto install software.

so i downloaded this wdm driver and used chris -tv software . my tv card started working with additional features."
