FINALLY found one that works with this %&^* 82002352 chipset! Make DARN sure you read the README.TXT, pay attention to the "needed IRQ" section, it's important. FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS as they differ slightly from a 'standard' Windows9x modem installation. I stuggled with this pig for 3 days before finally reading the instructions, then it was a snap to set up. My particular application of this driver was in a Win98 (NOT W98SE) P-II 350 homebrew. It worked for me, if it doesn't work for you that's too bad, but I DON'T want to hear about it. Because there are so many varieties of this modem/chipset out there, I've posted pictures of this particular one at (that's a ZERO in the URL, not the letter "o".) Feel free to compare your modem to that one, but don't complain
