It is a windows 95 startup disk that will start up in dos almost every cdrom I have tried! In all versions of windows.I even modifide it to startup panasonic scsi or matsu****a cdroms as they called.On first menu for pana/matsu scsi's choose#1'eightspeed-next menu choose #2-IMES,then that should load the sound card(AZTECH)usually but(creative cards work to)and your on your way! I hope that it helps somebody it has helped me alot with those older cd-roms that people usually throw away.PS,It starts all IDE cd-roms.
