Installation Instructions (For Windows)

Double-click the dowloaded file to begin the update. The installation wizard will start.

Follow the on-screen instructions in the wizard to complete the update.

When finished, you must restart your computer before you use OLYMPUS Viewer.

After restarting, open OLYMPUS Viewer.

From the help menu, check the version of the software. The update was successful if Version 1.20 is displayed.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
