I looked for this driver for weeks and came up with nothing. I also saw several requests for it newsgroups. . . However, I found the Factory CD so here it is. Hope it helps. (also posting Savage 4 drivers too)

How to Update S3 Inc. Savage3D (Engineering Release) Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
