if the driver that came on the cdrom didn't work then this file is what you need First create a folder on your desktop and name it coolcam and save this file to it.now plug in your camera and a box will come up saying camera found or new hardware found or some such thing now click the specify location button and specify the coolcam folder you just created then click ok and that should work like a charm then you'll say boy oh boy i could kiss you Hank love yall Hank
