if the driver on the cd dose not work witch mine didn't ( create a folder on your desktop and name it coolcam and save this file to that folder.Then plug in your camera and a box will come up saying camera found or new hardware found then click the specfiy location button.then specfiy the coolcam folder you just created on your desktop.then click the ok button and that's about it have fun love yall Hank p.s if you still can't get that stupid camera to work email me at htcprinting@aol.com
