I believe this is for all versions of windows, However I tried it on my friend's p.c. with WINDOWS me and the Game Controller Properties screen in the Control Panel became unstable (The application froze up with static on the display). I think that this was however, a problem with the port configuration settings. If anyone could e-mail me with directions on how to configure the port it would be appreciated.
