These drivers came on a CD-ROM for a Digital PC 3010 with onboard SiS 5597 chipset.
Specific drivers are included for WfW 3.11, Win95, WinNT 3.51 and WinNT 4.0.
I have been using the Win95 drivers under Win98 for the last 2 days and have had no problems.
CD-ROM refers to the drivers as "Cyclone" (perhaps a codename for the video hardware on this PC). The version for each driver is different for each version of Windows.
