"Took me two hours to find the right driver and low and behold here it is works great in windows xp Pro. Thank you for the upload you did, lets all add to this fine driverguide site since a lot of companys do not want to spend the money to keep drivers of comapanys out of bussiness or bought and sold. "I was looking for a driver for XP Home but this is all I can come up with that even works with this adapter. It is not written for XP but if you bypass the warning XP gives you upon installation, it does work.... I know with my system (always have the worst of luck) I do get some complications and a few (I mean few but gross) failures in the device... In all I would like

"I used the driver on my XP pro. Works great.....Thanks It loaded at 10mbs So I went into the Device manager...open the properties on the 3c595 and click the advanced tab. Turned the values to YES and ON. That put me at 100msb."
