"The driver loaded quickly and easily. It allowed my modem to access the sever for PC.com. However, it was unable to maintain contact with the server. Perhaps there is an update for my U.S. Robotics model 0727 voice pci. If you are aware of this possibility please contact me via E-mail. Thanks Thomas H. Shearer"

"Requires manual installation under Win2K (Setup.exe goes "Requires Windows NT 4.0 or later" and then exits. However, the *.inf files are right there in the same directory, so you can do the "Have Disk" thing when Windows runs the New Hardware wizard.), but works just fine."

"It is hopeless... I spent 3 days trying to get the modem to work. I finally found DougBays's driver, and the thing is not working. What am I doing wrong? I have the exact same modem card as he described in his driver description - a 0727 model."

"Testei o driver em windows95 e funcionou bem, mas não use o arquivo setup.exe senão vai dar pau. This driver works fine as long as you DON'T run the setup file. Just unzip the download and use the .inf files and it works just fine"

"Excelent driver. The only problem is with setup program, so you must use .inf file in the device manager. My OS is Win98SE, and the modem is US Robotics-3com model 0727 USR 56k DFVJ CPCI PC98 PN 3CP2976 FCC reg. no. 4X2USA-32034-M5-E. It took time to find this driver."
