Our Crown Printer Auditor (CPA) is a utility that provides a way to download the TCP/IP accounting files from a printer to the host computer for display/manipulation/printing and provides a way to save the files to the host hard disk in a form that a spreadsheet can understand. Self-extracting file. Download to hard disk and type "qmscpa" (without the quotes) to expand file. To install simply copy the files into a subdirectory on your hard drive. To use, double-click the CPA icon in the subdirectory you copied the files to. Supports the following printers: 2425, 2060, 3260, 4032, 4060, magicolor 2, magicolor 2+, and magicolor 330.

Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
