Basically this is a Windows 2000 beta driver which works perfectly with my CMI 8330 on-board sound card under Windows XP. Unzip, go to device manager, right-click on the device you want to install (there should be 4 unknown devices), choose "update driver", then "(Advanced)", point to the location where the driver has been unzipped and done. This will install - MPU401, SB16, 8330 audio and game port drivers.
