Additional Notes

The Perfection 600 is actually a rebadge UMAX 1200S. I modified this umax.inf to ID the perfection 600. It will even show up as a epson perfection 600 in control panel. Just replace your umax.inf in c \windows\inf with this one. The Umax 1200S is supported by Windows XP. Lastly before I took the 5 mins to modify this I called and emailed epson several times and found out nothing. Thanks to the linux boards I found out about it being a rebadge 1200S. Anyways, everyone that uses this should send epson a nasty email. It sad when one of their programmers couldn't waste 5min to save us the purchase of a new scanner!!!!
