The full paths were as follows
E \audio\english\drivers -- this is the path of these files
E \audio\english\drivers\ E \audio\english\drivers\common --this is where audigy common(2).zip came from E \audio\english\drivers\addon --this is where audigy addon.zip came from. Worst case, reproduce this directory structure on any drive and it should work

How to Update audigy Device Drivers
Step 1 - Download Your Driver
