I extracted the driver so you won't need the cd to install it. Just g o to device manager and update the driver... An your set.
who doesn't know how to install maually..... first go into
the c: drive, windows folder, then system 32, look for the drivers
folder.. unzip the contents of the zip file in there.. really you can put them anywhere... but this is how I usually do it.
In xp goto control panel... click performance and
Click on system.. a window will open up click on hardware...
then click on device manager.... if the drivers R not installed yet, there will be a yellow ? mark near the device (usually named
multimedia...) double click that.. then click on reinstall drivers.
the hardware wizard will open up...click on install from a specific location.. then click next..
next page_ un check search removable media and check
Include this location in the search.. then browse thru to where
you unzipped the files... or type C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers
then click next.. if they are the correct drivers windows will
install them and restart your cpu.. Done! you can do this
with any driver files that need to be installed manually(when they don't come with an automatic installer)"
and download the update file.. instead of double clicking it
(cause you'll only get an error message saying it hasnt found previuos intstallation.. Just unzip it onto the desk top
there are 2 types of installers the web kind and the setup
