This is pretty hard to find BIOS firmware. It comes off an old Aptiva 2199 MoBo and all details are supplied in the notes in the ZIP File
To Flash use the Awdflash.exe utility and then enter the name of the file BTPEN05A.bin
The File is good so make sure it is the correct one for your MoBo.
