"With all the pop ups and links to dumb web sights it is impossible to download a single driver...It would be easier to pay for this up front than to put up with the agony and junk...not to mention the wate of time...really awful awfull ????"

"i used this driver for a compaq presrio PC which has an inbuilt modem and no driver available for windows xp os at compaq site. in the modem model number specified is conexant RD01-D850 and this driver is not working with this modem."
